Rachel Lindsey Routh

Rachel Lindsey Routh is a performer and artist originally from Washington State, currently living and working in Portland, OR. They graduated from Southern Oregon University with a BFA in Theatre Arts, minors in both Shakespeare Studies and Gender, Sexuality, & Women’s Studies, and a handful of stage combat certifications. While this is their first time at ANPF, Rachel has worked previously in Ashland with the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, the Oregon Fringe Festival, and touring puppet troupe Puppeteers for Fears. Recent roles include: Arcadia in Our Utopia (Bag&Baggage); The Monster in SKINSHOW (devised with PETE’s Institute for Contemporary Performance); Valor in Medusa! Rapture! Party! (staged reading, Historic Alberta House); deviser and ensemble in Bluebeard (Bag&Baggage); Lilith/Lily in She Kills Monsters (Oregon Center for the Arts); Hippolyta/Margaret/Rosaline in Shakespeare’s Other Women (Oregon Center for the Arts).
