Jaz Hall

Jaz Hall is a queer, non-binary, interdisciplinary artist working as a director, performer, producing curator, casting associate, & advocate. Jaz believes in supportive stewardship of emerging QTBIPOC businesses, community building, new work development, and media with historically marginalized groups at the forefront. Works for  and by these communities are the forward momentum of necessary change. Jaz began their tenure at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival (OSF) in 2019, serving in various capacities as Assistant Director, Producer Curator, & Artistic Producing Associate under Nataki Garrett. Their work as producing curator was most recently seen on the OSF Green Show stage in June 2023, IT IZ… WHAT IT IZ: A MizCast Variety Show. In Spring 2023, Jaz assistant directed Nataki Garrett’s Romeo and Juliet (OSF). This summer, Jaz returns to OSF as an independent producer collaborating on the Green Show season lineup. BFA, Musical Theatre, Howard University. IG: @thejazhall
