ANPF's 2022 New Voices Retreat centers connection and collaboration, with a special focus on our emerging regional artists.

The retreat is scheduled to take place in person in Ashland, Oregon, between June 2–5. Playwrights will receive a $500 honorarium and housing in Ashland. New Voices playwrights will have the opportunity to hone their skills in workshops with industry professionals, develop their creative work, and draw inspiration from being in community with fellow artists.

Criteria:

• All 2022 nominees should be Oregon-based playwrights.
• New Voices playwrights are emerging artists of any age who have not yet had wide exposure. To be eligible, playwrights must not have had more than 3 professional (paid) productions of their work. Developmental readings, developmental workshops, university productions, and self-productions are exempt.

Nominations are due by no later than March 28, 2022.

Nominees have until April 4 to complete their application.
