Michael J. Hume

Michael J. Hume is pleased to return to celebrate with ANPF for about the 15th time, both as actor and director. He just completed his 28th season with the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, performing in The Tempest.

Locally, he has also worked with the Oregon Cabaret Theatre, SOU Theatre Department, Ashland High School, St. Mary’s School, Teen Musical Theatre of Oregon at the Craterian, and the Rogue Theater Company at Grizzly Peak Winery.

He is the co-author, with Jahnna Beecham and Malcolm Hillgartner, of Parcel from America, which had a successful run this past summer at the Smock Alley Theatre in Dublin. They are in search of a rich benefactor to step forward and back its American premiere. Anyone?
