Lauren Bone Noble

Lauren Bone Noble is an actor, director, playwright, and teaching artist. She earned her MFA from the National Theatre Conservatory and a BFA from the University of Memphis. Professionally Lauren has performed both on and off Broadway, regionally throughout the United States, and internationally at Vienna’s English Theatre.

Lauren is assistant professor of Movement for the Actor in the Department of Theatre and Film at the University of Mississippi, where she developed and directed Near/Far, an exploration of loss and isolation through movement and Larval Mask. Near/Far will be featured this summer in the USITT Rare and Belonging exhibit at the 2023 Prague Quadrennial. Her solo bouffon show FURY! was a critics choice for Best in Fest and Best Specialty Solo at the 2022 Orlando Fringe and Best Comedy at the 2022 United Solo Theatre Festival.

Lauren is currently a Sarah Isom Fellow, using her funding to support research and writing on her new play, Madame Zarechnaya.
