Annie Yim

Annie Yim is a second-generation Korean American, born and raised in Texas, and she can indeed ride a horse. She believes in the power of storytelling, especially the untold stories of many immigrants. Annie is based in Seattle and has worked with Seattle Children’s Theatre, Seattle Shakespeare, Book-It Repertory, Taproot Theatre, Theatre 22, Cafe Nordo, Tacoma Arts, and most recently on Two Mile Hollow (Leah Nanako Winkler) with Intiman Theatre.

Film roles include Rammy Park’s The Homecoming Queen and Reena Dutt’s Found.

Selected NYC and regional work includes NY Theatre Workshop (Coney Island Avenue), LaMAMA (Richard III), HERE Arts Center, and Colorado Shakespeare Festival.

Annie earned her BFA from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and her MFA from Columbia University.
